What to expect
Begin with a trio of refined bites – Hamachi Ceviche with yusheng dressing, an elegant Chilli Crab Cylinder, and a crisp Takoyaki-style Fried Oyster Omelette– before moving into a vibrant Fruit Rojak with Mango Sorbet. The menu then turns deeply comforting with Bak Kut Teh Chawanmushi, followed by an aromatic Assam Laksa Charred Halibut Soup.

For your main course, choose between Braised Beef Cheek with Mala Sauce– rich, tender, and layered with Umami- or Norwegian Salmon with Thai Curry Foam– fragrant, light, and luxuriously smooth. End on a sweet note with your choice of dessert: Bandung Lychee Rose Sorbet (floral and refreshing) or Watermelon Granite with Ribena Espuma (bright, playful and crisp).
