The star of launch is our Nasi Lemak Risotto with King Prawn – $24++ – a creamy coconut risotto inspired by Singapore’s beloved nasi lemak, topped with succulent king prawn, house-made sambal, cripsy ikan bilis, and a silky onsen egg.

Our Ayam Buah Keluak Fried Rice – $22++ pays homage to Peranakan heritage with wok-fried rice infused with earthy buah keluak, paired with sambal-spiced chicken, fried egg, and prawn crackers. Bold and aromatic, it is a hearty dish that reflects the layered flavours of Katong’s culinary roots.

Baba’s Laksa – $25++ A celebration of Katong’s laksa culture, this vibrant bowl is rich, aromatic and layered with seafood, bringing together the comforting essence of a beloved local staple.

Charred Tom Yum Salmon – $22++ Drawing from the vibrant flavours of the region, this salmon dish layers smoky char, bright tom yum notes and aromatic green curry for a finish that is lively and expressive.

Baba’s Lamb Rack – $30++ Infused with local spice and paired with roasted potato and golden umami sauce, this dish reflects Baba Chew’s signature style of reimaging bold familiar flavours with finesse.

Braised Tofu Steak – $18++ Comforting and satisfying, this wholesome dish brings together braised tofu, slow-cooked vegetables and heritage-inspired accompaniments in a gentler expression of local flavour.
