Inspired by the rosy pastel facades and romantic charm of Katong’s heritage streets, this cocktail brings together lychee, rose, lime, and prosecco in a light, sparkling expression of the neighbourhood. Delicate yet lively, it captures the softer, more playful side of Joo Chiat in a glass.

Two iconic strait-side flavours folded into one bold bite. Baba Chew’s chilli crab meets Bintan’s bamboo clam – a punchy, playful opening that sets the tone for what’s ahead.
